How long does shipping take?
Pretty quick.
We ship within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery:
• Australia: 2–8 business days
• Express: 1–4 business days
• International: 1–3 weeks
You’ll get tracking so you can refresh it every 6 minutes like the rest of us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep. If your country has beaches, we’ll get a tote to you.
If it doesn’t, you definitely need one even more.
Will I have to pay customs or extra taxes if I order internationally?
Maybe.
Some countries love surprising you with “Welcome to our country, please pay this mysterious fee” energy.
If that happens, it’s your government, not us.
We can’t cover those charges, but we can promise your tote is worth the drama.
What’s your return policy?
You’ve got 14 days to change your mind.
Bags must be unused and unwashed.
Return shipping is paid by you.

Easy.
Return the original, then place a fresh order once it’s approved.

Do you accept returns from market stall purchases?
Yep, as long as the bag is unused and unwashed.
You’ll just need proof of purchase.
No receipts? A bank statement works.
(We’re chill, just not too chill.)
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo and your order number.
We’ll fix it faster than a lifeguard sprinting off the tower.
Are the bags washable?
They’re spot clean only.
A quick wipe keeps them fresh.
Please don’t throw them in the washing machine.
They’re totes, not wetsuits.
